Why should I provide my real e-mail and phone number when I order? I don't want spam.
Perfect Jewelry guarantees all of the information you provide us with is kept private. We often get customers who give us false phone numbers or false e-mail addresses and customer service is put in a difficult situation if we need to contact you in regard to your order. If you don't provide the correct e-mail or phone number, we'll have no way of contacting you if your credit card information was inaccurate or if an item you ordered is on backorder. You'll also never receive your automatic e-mail confirmation, which means you'll have no record of your order. So please, make it easier for everyone and provide us with your accurate information, and don't worry about spam!
 
 
Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation when I made my order?
If you did not receive an e-mail once your order was completed, check your spam folder. It is possible your settings are too high for the automatic e-mail response. 
 
 
How will I know if my order has been shipped or not?
As soon as your item has been shipped out from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail from us. In this shipping confirmation e-mail you will find your tracking number.
   
 
 
I placed an order, can I cancel it? What about returning or exchanging items?
For more information regarding canceling, exchanging, or returning orders please see our Return Policy Page . Please note that it takes 3-5 days for us to review your returned items and for your bank account to be fully credited. You will receive an e-mail when your account has been credited. If you exchange an item you can ONLY exchange it for the SAME item, different color, length, or size. You can not exchange for another item.
 
 
I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?
After you received your order confirmation e-mail and you noticed you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us. If after hours please leave a clear detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number if available.
 
 
I have an international credit card how do I place an order?
Yes, we accept most international credit cards. You may place your order online. All orders are subject to additional verification. Please see our Shipping Policy Page.
 
 
I received a gift card credit card, can I place an order?
We are terribly sorry but as for gift card credit cards, our system does not support them. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
 
 
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. If any of the items are unavailable, in this e-mail you will receive all of the detailed information of what items were shipped and which items are on backorder. Every time I put a second item in my shopping cart the first item disappears?

Are shipping charges refunded?
We refund shipping charges only when: the courier loses the package broken or defective merchandise is shipped from our warehouse We ship out an incorrect item merchandise is damaged during shipment.
 
What is the delivery method used?
Perfect Jewelry ships out domestic orders via UPS Mail Innovators, USPS, UPS service, while international orders are shipped through USPS. We will notify you of your order shipment with an e-mailed tracking number. You may also call us provide with your own FedEx account number.
 
Do you accommodate customers with expedited shipping?
Yes. We definitely provide expedited shipping choices, such as USPS Express, Next Day Air Saver & 2nd and 3rd Day Air service for an extra charge. While checking out, you can choose from the Expedited delivery service options. NEW USPS Express mail Premium for deliver on Sundays and Holidays $35 you must call if you would like this service it is only available in certain areas. Shipping methods are available on Saturdays for select locations only.
 
Can I exchange or return engraved merchandise?
Once engraved, the merchandise is ineligible for returns and exchanges.
